Each trading pin order is created through a team effort. You are a very important part of our team. We rely on you for vital information in order to produce the specific trading pin you want. While we are working together, we each have responsibilities. For your convenience, we have listed these responsibilities below. Please take a moment to read them. These are the terms and conditions of our sales.
TradingPinSuperStore.com backs every order with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any trading pin that is found to have defects in materials or workmanship.
Before starting production, we will send you a digital proof of your trading pin via email. This proof is a graphic artist’s representation of the final product. This is to allow you to make any necessary changes or corrections.
Before we begin production of your trading pin, we will email you a separate order confirmation notice. This notification will contain specifications of your order including type, size, quantity, colors, and approximate delivery date.
Once we have obtained your approval on both the digital proof and the order confirmation, we will produce your trading pin.
WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WITHIN OUR POWER TO DELIVER YOUR TRADING PINS IN A TIMELY MANNER. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE PERIOD BEGINNING MAY 1 AND ENDING JULY 31 OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR, TRADINGPINSUPERSTORE.COM MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY DATE OF ANY CUSTOM TRADING PIN ORDER. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNER TO AVOID ANY POSSIBLE DELAYS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE EMPLOYEES OF TRADINGPINSUPERSTORE.COM AND/OR ITS MANUFACTURERS AND AFFILIATES. FURTHERMORE, TRADINGPINSUPERSTORE.COM REMINDS YOU THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON.
TRADINGPINSUPERSTORE.COM MAKES NO DELIVERY GUARANTEE EITHER VERBALLY OR IN WRITING FOR ANY TRADING PINS ORDERED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD STATED ABOVE.
Your order will be shipped via FedEx International Service (at no additional cost to you) directly to the address you specify.

By submitting your design to TradingPinSuperStore.com, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other company's or individual’s rights.
Once you receive the digital proof of your trading pin, review it in detail. Please give special attention to: the design, the grammar, and the colors. Once you have made any necessary changes to your proof, return it to us via email. This is your signal to us that everything has been approved.
NOTE: We use the Pantone™ PMS color matching system. Because not all computer monitors display colors in the same way, it is important that you indicate your color choices using Pantone PMS numbers. For additional information, visit the Pantone website at www.pantone.com. PMS color books are available at most art supply stores, print shops, and some libraries. All PMS numbers will be listed on the bottom of your proof so that you can verify them easily. We use the Solid Coated Pantone color chart.
After your proof has been returned to us, you will receive an order confirmation. Once again, please review the information carefully. If all the information is correct, return it to us, and we will begin the production process. NOTE: Once an order has been approved and confirmed it may not be canceled for any reason.
Your order will be produced and shipped within 10-14 days for pins, subject to the exceptions to our delivery schedule as noted above. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, U.S. Customs procedures, the misrouting of your package by FedEx, UPS, DHL or undeliverable shipping addresses.
All orders are final. Due to the custom nature of the trading pins we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. TradingPinSuperStore.com does not issue refunds. As mentioned previously, we will replace any trading pins that contain defects in materials or workmanship. All issues must be received in writing within 30 days of receipt of the product, along with photos of the issues.
In the event that a legal dispute arises, it is agreed that the venue for such a dispute is Marion County, Florida, USA. Should the dispute pertain to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringements, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense. You agree to pay any damages and costs assessed against TradingPinSuperStore.com as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also agree to hold TradingPinSuperStore.com harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding.
All trading pins displayed on this website containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the reproduction capabilities of TradingPinSuperStore.com. Purchase of merchandise from TradingPinSuperStore.com DOES NOT in any way, shape or form grant you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
As per our Guarantees, Terms and Conditions, and the pages of our website, please know that there are no cancellations of orders. Your product is custom made exclusively for you and cannot be marketed to others. With this said, upon delivery of your items, should you require a return, please contact our Customer Care department for approval. Any returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee and the shipping and handling charges for any returns are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without prior approval of a member of our Customer Care department.
